Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Brows by Maddie K, I value my time and commitment to providing the best service possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies apply: • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling fee to compensate for the loss of appointment time. • Cancellations, No-Shows, & Unapproved Previous Work: No-call, no-show, cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will forfeit their deposit. Clients who fail to pay the no-show fee will not be allowed to rebook. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled at my discretion and considered a no-show, resulting in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
